The venue for a first-ever meeting between the two clubs in Europe is still to be confirmed by tournament organisers ERC.
ERC have confirmed that Toulon wish to host the game at their Stade Felix Mayol home, subject to the ground's capacity reaching 15,000.
Keep an eye on the Leicester Tigers website for the venue announcement and for full ticket details.
The last eight clash will be Toulon’s second Heineken Cup quarter-final, after they were defeated in Barcelona’s Olympic Stadium by Perpignan in 2011. For Tigers, it will be an 11th Heineken Cup quarter-final.
The clash will bring the curtain down on a weekend of Heineken Cup quarter-finals, which kick-off with ASM Clermont Auvergne v Montpellier at Stade Marcel Michelin on Saturday, April 6.
Saracens will be up against last season's beaten finalists Ulster Rugby in the second of the Saturday fixtures with a venue to be announced at a later date.
The matches on Sunday, April 7 will kick off with the meeting of pool stage top seeds Harlequins and two-time former Heineken Cup champions Munster Rugby at the Twickenham Stoop.
