Leicester Tigers front-rower Joe Heyes is back in to pre-season training and raring to go for the 2018/19 campaign after a breakthrough year last season which included a rapid rise from England U18s to U20s and a Junior World Championship debut, which he discusses plus much more with LTTV at the club's Oval Park Training Ground.
