Ben Youngs and new England cap Dan Cole are among the special guests for the Tigers Supporters Evening at Welford Road on Tuesday, March 23.
The theme for the evening is ‘Through The Ranks’ in the company of Youngs, Cole, Harry Ellis, Matt Smith and Sam Vesty who all started out with the Tigers Academy before reaching first-team status and gaining international recognition along the way.
Youngs has risen to England Saxons status this season, as well as training with the senior squad, while Cole is enjoying his first experience of Six Nations rugby.
Smith will be able to talk about his breakthrough with Tigers, while Vesty ended the 2008/09 campaign as his colleagues’ choice for player of the season and collected his first England caps, while Ellis is back in the Tigers team after the fantastic experience as a British & Irish Lions tourist in the summer.
It won’t all be looking back, there will be plenty to talk about as the Tigers season reaches its final quarter, and it won’t all be serious either. And there’ll be opportunities for supporters to add their questions to their heroes, as well as collect autographs and photographs.
