Leicester Tigers welcome supporters back to Mattioli Woods Welford Road for the first time in more than a year for this Saturday’s game against Bristol Bears. If you are among the 6,000 fans joining us on the day, there are a few things you need to remember.

ALL supporters attending the game will have had their ticket via email. You CANNOT gain admittance on your usual season ticket card.

Just open the email from Leicester Tigers, scroll down and open the attachment or print it at home to bring along with you. This ticket contains the bar codes you need to show at the turnstile.

Supporters will be accommodated in three stands, with the Breedon Stand remaining closed to the public as part of the Red Zone.

As you will not be in your normal seat, please check your seat location for this game in advance, plan your route and find your correct turnstile.

Arrive as early as possible and use public transport safely where you can.

Gates open from 1.30pm and there will be temperature checks on arrival so please be patient.

Supporters are encouraged not to bring bags into the stadium to minimise disruption and delays at the turnstiles.

Wear your face covering and stick to social distancing at all times.

Wherever possible we would like supporters to take a lateral flow test before attending the stadium in the interests of keeping everyone safe. Click here to find out more from the gov.uk website.

If you are attending as part of a group of two or more, the Lead Booker is responsible for the whole party. On Friday, the Lead Booker will be sent a Covid-19 declaration form via email which needs to be completed by them online on the morning of the match (Saturday June 5).

Please complete this form before 1.00pm on Saturday. Anyone not completing the form will unfortunately have their tickets deactivated and will not be allowed entry into the stadium.

All of your group need to read the code of conduct before they arrive.

A one-way system is in operation around the stadium. There are hand sanitiser stations and frequent reminders on the public address system, big screens and on posters and TV screens about social distancing and mask wearing.

Both club shop units will be open. Social distancing rules apply and there be a limit on numbers allowed in at any one time. A printed version of the match programmes will be on sale (£3) but, to minimise contact points, they will be on sale only in the club shops. Please note that the stadium runs cashless payments only.

Once you are in your seat, we ask that you minimise your movement as much as possible.

Refreshments will be available at various kiosks but, once purchased, you must return to your seat with food and drink. Please consider other fans when moving around the stadium.

If a matchball comes to you in the stands, please do not throw it back to the players. Instead, send it to one of our ball boys so they can sanitise it, or pass to a steward.

After the match, the players will show their appreciation with a lap of the pitch. Please note, however, that they will not be able to sign autographs and all supporters must remain off the pitch.

When it is time to leave, stewards will direct you to the appropriate exit, which may take a little time, so please be patient.

It sounds like a lot, but these measures have been put in place for your safety and we hope you are able to enjoy your return to the home of the Leicester Tigers. Thank you for your support.
