In Sunday's match programme

Professional rugby is a tough environment, but what's it like to be involved at the coalface for a full 12 months of the year? In the Tigers match programme this week we hear from Dan Cole about a calendar year in the colours of Tigers, England and the Lions.

“You look back at what you’ve gone through in the whole season,” says international prop Cole. “It’s a 12-month effort and you think about all the people involved to do it. You realise what a huge effort it takes.”

Cole also talks about keeping in touch with Tigers during the international breaks, snatching short holidays and a chance to mentally relax in key points of the year, and starting all over again for a new season.

Also in Sunday’s programme, we pick our quotes and images of the year, and pick our favourite moments from 12 months of George Chuter’s Inside Line column. (Julian Salvi may even earn a mention. Or two).

There’s news from around the Aviva Premiership clubs, a spotlight on visitors Bath Rugby, and the views of Peter Tom, Peter Wheeler, Richard Cockerill and club president Paul Dodge, plus Academy round-up, Fanzone and all the match stats from the season so far.

The Tigers programme is on sale around the stadium, price £3.
