The next rugby action at Welford Road is this evening with the annual Varsity matches between the De Montfort University and the University of Leicester.
The neighbours will battle it out in women’s and men’s fixtures at the home of Leicester Tigers to claim the status of Leicester’s top rugby-playing university.
Gates open at 5.15pm, with the seventh annual women’s game kicking-off at 6.00pm, and the ninth in the series of clashes for the men to follow at 7.30pm.
