Join the Tigers roar this Saturday

With four wins in the last four league games, Leicester Tigers return to home soil on Saturday for the visit of Saracens in the Guinness Premiership (2.45pm kick-off). Tickets are available now.

Tigers are in second place in the league table with just five fixtures remaining in the regular season, while Saracens are also still in the hunt for play-off places.

Last weekend, Tigers collected a fourth successive win as Dan Cole scored his first try for the club and England international Dan Hipkiss returned from injury with a vital second-half score in the 23-17 victory at Bristol, while Saracens go into Saturday’s game on the back of a last-gasp win at home to Bath. Don Barrell scored their winning try with just two minutes remaining to help Saracens turn a 16-5 half-time deficit into a 20-16 victory.

The two sides have not met yet this season – the return is at Vicarage Road on April 19 – but they have produced some tight and tense encounters in recent seasons.

Last season, Sarries won their home game by seven points while the Welford Road head to head featured five tries and 59 points as Tigers overturned a half-time deficit to register a 36-23 victory.

Tickets for Saturday’s game are available now from the Tigers ticket office. Phone the Tigers ticket hotline on 08701 28 34 30, call in at Welford Road, email [email protected] or book online.
