The Junior Tigers Club, for Leicester Tigers supporters aged under 16, now has more than 21,000 members.

More than 2,000 new fans joined the JTC at the Tigers Challenge events at Butlins Minehead and Bognor Regis taking the Junior Tigers Club up to and past the 20,000 mark.

And with young supporters joining the Tigers Family all the time, including at the home games against Exeter Chiefs, London Wasps and Saracens, plus the Land Rover Premiership Cup at Oakham RFC, the number of members is already heading towards 22,000.

JTC has enjoyed a hugely successful end to the season with young fans taking over behind the scenes at Welford Road for the Aviva Premiership clash with Wasps.

Members took on key roles around the ground including match announcer, reporter and billboard designer to help promote the game.

On Welford Road matchdays, the Junior Tigers Club has its own special VIP area in the Final Whistle, featuring games and activities, and appearances from senior players.

Young fans will have the chance to sign up to the Junior Tigers Club by joining The Maul, the Tigers roadshow vehicle, at events throughout the summer. New members receive Tigers goodies, exclusive information and competitions, newsletters and the chance to be a matchday mascot or Tiger cub.

JTC members currently have the chance to win a free place on a Tigers Rugby Camp this summer. Click here for the chance to enter.

The Maul will make its seasonal debut at Summer Social, the new name for Rugby Rocks, at West Park in Leeds this Saturday.

The roadshow team will be at the Rutland County Show in Oakham on Sunday, June 1, the National Corporate Sevens at Welford Road on June 6 and the Kenilworth Show in Warwickshire on June 7.

Other events include include the Royal Three Counties Show in Worcestershire (June 13-15), The Royal Norfolk Show (June 25-26) and Skyride Leicester (August 24). Click here for a list of Maul events.

New for summer 2014 is a tackle bag and smash-o-meter for visitors to test their tackling power and technique.

Club mascot Welford will be joining us and Junior Tigers Club members and E-members could win a Tigers home jersey by sharing their #welfies - selfies with Welford - taken at summer events on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.

The Speedpass Challenge is back and supporters will be able to capture their Tigers moment in our special photobooth.

Keep an eye out for our competitions at each Maul event to win Tigers goodies and tickets to matches at Welford Road.
