Tigers second row Ben Kay has been named among the replacements for England’s Six Nations match against Italy in Rome this Sunday.

Head coach Brian Ashton makes five changes from the side that lost to Wales last weekend, with Jamie Noon, Lesley Vainikolo, Tim Payne, Michael Lipman and Nick Easter all brought into the starting XV.
