An Ollie Smith try and three Andy Goode penalties gave Tigers a vital 14-9 home victory over the three-time European champions on Saturday, but the Heineken Cup challenge continues with the return fixture in France this Sunday.
Tigers head coach Loffreda said: "I am very pleased with the win but we will have to work hard this week and make improvements in some aspects of the game.
"We have a lot of belief in our game, but we have to change some things and continue to work hard. We know it is going to be another difficult challenge in Toulouse but we are going to prepare very well.
"We have to make the most of our scoring opportunities because you cannot miss them in these kind of games."
Loffreda is confident he will have a fully-fit squad available for Sunday's game in Toulouse and also praised the role played by new signing Aaron Mauger in Saturday's victory.
"Aaron played very well,"Loffreda said. "It was his first game and he has to get used to the team and his partners. I am pleased with his game."
