Kiosk collections for Tigers tickets

Welford Road now has self-serve ticket collection kiosks for supporters on matchdays.

Supporters will be able to collect their match tickets using the new kiosks situated in the Ticket Collection Point on the plaza outside the Holland & Barrett Stand ahead of Saturday's game between Leicester Tigers and Bath Rugby.

The installation aims to save time for fans and staff at the busiest times on Welford Road matchdays.

To use the kiosks you will need the booker's 'Transaction Reference Number' which is sent to visitors via a confirmation email when they purchase tickets for collection as their delivery method. The kiosks will then print out the ticket allocation.

Collections are available two hours before kick-off on matchdays and staff will be available to help with any issues or enquiries.

Phil Everitt, MIS and projects manager at Leicester Tigers, said: “Collection kiosks are a common method of retrieving your tickets at stations and cinemas, so we worked with ticket partner SeatGeek and All Right Now Ltd to design and install our own, with the aim of making life easier for supporters and staff alike.

“When supporters choose to collect their tickets on a matchday, they will receive a confirmation email with a 10-digit transaction reference number and they will need this to print their own tickets. Please do keep this number safe.”

Match tickets for Saturday are still available to book in person at Welford Road, by phone or online.
