We now only have a few places left on our next two rugby courses being held in just over two weeks.
Both the courses, being held at Melton RFC and Newark RFC, are four-day courses running from May 29- June 1. The aim is to help young players aged eight-16 to develop all their core rugby skills in a fun and safe environment.

All the players are split into their age groups to ensure that everyone is working at a level suitable to them. The morning sessions focus on specific skills which are required for the conditioned games in the afternoon. At lunch time, a hot and healthy lunch and refreshments are provided to keep everyone's energy levels high.
Each attendee receives a Tigers water bottle, t-shirt and ball to help them practice all their newly- learnt skills. Everyone also receives membership to the Junior Tigers Club.
