Prop Julian White also returns to the starting line-up and Scott Hamilton is included in the backline after an impressive debut in the last home game, against Harlequins a fortnight ago.
“It has been great to have all of the boys back, although everyone who came in during the last few did a great job for the team,” said head coach Heyneke Meyer.
“Now we are looking to establish fresh momentum and we have a big challenge against Perpignan. They are a well balanced team and this will be a tough contest.”
Tigers top Pool 3 following wins over the Ospreys and Benetton Treviso going into the back-to-back clashes with Perpignan.
