Marcos looks for bronze medal

Marcos Ayerza has been named among the Argentina replacements for Friday night's Rugby World Cup bronze medal match at the Parc des Princes in Paris.

The 24-year-old Tigers prop is brought into the squad as head coach Marcelo Loffreda makes a number of changes to his line-up for the match against hosts France (8pm kick-off) - his final match in charge of the national team before moving to Leicester.

Ayerza will await his second appearance of the tournament as he understudies props Rodrigo Roncero and Omar Hasan.

Following the semi-final defeat by South Africa, Loffreda has called up hooker Alberto Vernet Basualdo, lock Rimas Alvarez Kairelis, flanker Martin Durand, wing Federico Martin Aramburu and centre Gonzalo Tiesi as well as Hasan.
