The Matt Hampson Foundation, one of Leicester Tigers' official club charities, is sharing matchday at the last home game of the season at Welford Road this Saturday. As Tigers host Northampton Saints in the final round of the Aviva Premiership Rugby league programme, the Foundation will be promoting their activities throughout the stadium.
They will be distributing paper scrumcaps, and supporters can also pick up a Foundation wristband in return for a donation with collectors around the stadium, including volunteers from the Tigers Wheelchair Rugby Team.
A Foundation video will be shown on the big screens ahead of kick-off and they’re bringing T-shirt cannons to fire merchandise into the crowd.
The Tigers matchday programme this week also includes an interview with Matt on his love of rugby and the work of his Foundation, including the proposed Get Busy Living centre. Copies of the 100-page match programme are available throughout the stadium and on the approaches to the turnstiles, price £3.
