Lumbers Player of the Month Jonny May is up for another award after being nominated for Try of the Round in the Champions Cup.

Leicester Tigers winger May’s brilliant first try in the 54-29 bonus-point win against Castres Olympique is on a five-try shortlist, and fans can vote for him now by clicking here.

May’s devastating speed saw him finish off a sweeping move that began with a barrelling run from Ellis Genge, included a stunning offload by Valentino Mapapalangi and a clever kick by Sione Kalamafoni.

He faces competition for Try of the Round from Charlie Cassang (ASM Clermont Auvergne), Steff Evans (Scarlets), Owen Watkin (Ospreys) and Nemani Nadolo (Montpellier).

May, who scored two tries against Castres to take his tally so far this season to nine in eight games, was announced as the Lumbers Player of the Month for September during half-time of the game. Click here for more details.
