Claire Gallagher and Francesca McGhie will depart the club at the end of the season to join Trailfinders Women.
Gallagher joined the club in January 2024, midway through Leicester Tigers debut season in Premiership Women’s Rugby. The Canadian made an immediate impact, scoring the opening try in the Tigers first Premiership win, away at Sale Sharks, in her first start for the club.
In her time in Leicester, Gallagher has made 21 appearances, scoring seven tries and landing 12 conversions for 59 total points.
On the international stage, Gallagher has been a mainstay at fly half for Canada and helped them to victory in the 2024 Pacific Four series and second place in the 2025 edition, campaigns which saw a thrilling victory and draw with reigning world champions New Zealand.
Meanwhile, McGhie joined the club in 2023 ahead of Leicester Tigers maiden season in Premiership Women's Rugby and made her debut in the side's first ever PWR match, scoring a try in the home defeat to Exeter Chiefs.
In the 2024/25 season McGhie scored six tries in 10 PWR appearances including a memorable hat-trick in the victory away at Trailfinders.
The Scot leaves the club with 25 total appearances, scoring 13 tries, over two seasons.
A fixture on the international stage in her time at the club, McGhie started all five of Scotland's 2025 Six Nations matches.
