Leicester Tigers players Telusa Veainu, Matt Smith, Gaston Cortes and Charlie Thacker will meet fans at a special event in Leicester city centre’s Highcross Shopping Centre on Wednesday, February 20.
Supported by club partner The Nottingham Building Society, the players will lend a helping hand with pairs of tickets to Tigers Battle of the Midlands clash against Northampton Saints (Friday, March 22, 7.45pm) up for grabs as well as the chance to have a photo and win prizes.
The day kicks off at 9.30am in the Lower Mall towards the John Lewis entrance in the Highcross Shopping Centre, with the players arriving from 11.30am until 1.30pm.
Club mascot Welford will also be joining in the fun with competitions for youngsters to get involved in this half-term, including a colouring competition throughout the day and prize draw to win a signed Tigers shirt and ball.
Gamers can also take on our World Cup kicking challenge on Xbox for the chance to win goodies.
The Nottingham, who sponsor the Robin Hood Stand at Welford Road Stadium, will be on stand until 8.00pm offering fantastic prizes and giveaways for all the family. The Nottingham also support the running of the popular Tag Rugby festivals for primary schools across Leicestershire each season.
Fans will also be able purchase match tickets for Tigers home derby fixtures against Wasps (Saturday, March 2, 3.30pm), Northampton Saints as well as Tigers match against Exeter (Saturday, April 6, 4.15pm) on the day.
