Staff at Leicester Tigers have shown their support for the work of the Matt Hampson Foundation by smashing their target in the Million Metre Challenge during lockdown.

The challenge was set by the Foundation’s personal trainer Sutty to help motivate beneficiaries, families and friends to stay active, and promote physical and mental health despite lockdown restrictions.

A group of staff and directors at Tigers logged their exercise, including dogwalks, evening runs and riding bikes, with the cyclists collectively reaching 2.5 million metres and the walkers/runners cracking the one million target before the deadline at the end of last week.
