A new stadium access system has been installed at Welford Road this season, affecting turnstiles and all other entrances.New cards have been sent to all Leicester Tigers season ticket holders for use at every home game. If you have not received your card, please contact the Tigers ticket office so arrangements can be made to ensure your entry to Sunday’s game against Wasps. Phone the ticket office team on 0116 319 8888 (option 2). Please note your cards from previous seasons have not been updated and will not operate the new system.
For all other supporters, match tickets are on sale from the Tigers ticket office. Call in at Welford Road, phone 0116 319 8888 (option 2) or book online.
Turnstiles staff and a team of supervisors will be available at entrances to assist supporters and the Tigers Games Keepers from our customer services team will be around the stadium to answer any queries.
For your first visit using the new system please allow a little extra time to get through the turnstiles and to your places inside the stadium.
The former control box is being removed from its temporary position on the corner of the terrace and the full Holland & Barrett Stand terrace will be available for supporters, with entrance and exit available at both ends.
