Nikki Ferrin has won the cost of her Leicester Tigers season ticket in the Tigers Lotto and received her prize on the pitch at Welford Road on Saturday.
Joined by her husband Martin and by Tigers hooker Harry Thacker, Nikki was presented to the crowd at half-time in Saturday’s Anglo-Welsh Cup win over Cardiff Blues as she received a cheque to the value of her season ticket.
“Martin paid for the ticket – and I get the cash back!” Nikki joked after her name was drawn out in the Tigers Lotto.
“I’ve been a regular supporter for years and then got a season ticket on the Terrace four years ago. We just love the atmosphere on the terrace. Where we stand there are sometimes supporters of the away team there too and we like that as well.
“It’s fabulous to win the Lotto draw – and to have Harry Thacker there for the presentation!”
The season ticket draw is held at every home game throughout the season.
