Revealed by the tournament organisers today, Tigers European fixture list also features a first-ever trip to Treviso in Italy during October, back-to-back games with USA Perpignan before Christmas, the return match against Benetton Treviso in January and an away clash with the Ospreys in the final round.
Tigers and the Ospreys have met in the last two seasons in the final of the EDF Energy Cup at Twickenham, with each side recording one victory, while they also met in the Heineken Cup during 2005/06 with Tigers winning two tight encounters.
Dates and kick-off times for rounds five and six will be set after the fourth round of fixtures in December.
