Luke Pearce will referee Leicester Tigers' Anglo-Welsh Cup semi-final against Saracens.
Tigers, who are in their sixth Anglo-Welsh Cup semi-final, play Saracens at Allianz Park on Saturday in a 6pm kick-off.
Pearce has been confirmed as the match referee and will be assisted by Greg Garner and Jonathan Healy. Keith Lewis is the television match official.
Dan Jones will take charge of the other semi-final between Exeter Chiefs and Harlequins at Sandy Park on Sunday (3pm).
