Scrum-half Dupuy wrong-footed the home defence with a darting run down the blindside of a ruck in the Perpignan 22 before the ball was spun through Crane and Kay for Croft on the overlap to cross on the right-hand side.
The try was converted by Toby Flood, who had given Tigers an early lead with a second-minute penalty.
