Mattioli Woods Welford Road hosted its fourth PowerHouseGames on Wednesday in partnership with Power2Inspire.
The brainchild of John Willis and delivered in collaboration with the Leicester Tigers Foundation, this year's event was supported by club partner Samworth Brothers, who provided snacks for all participants.
Willis led the event, which featured friendly faces from across the local community taking part, including: Leicester City in the Community, Leicestershire Cricket Community team, the Leicestershire and Rutland Cricket Foundation, and Leicester Riders Basketball.
Participants also came from Ellesmere College, Brooksby Melton College, Hazel Primary, VISTA, and Samworth Brothers, while players from the Tigers men's and women's squads were also in attendance.
With 12 mixed teams taking part, those involved faced off across six different inclusive sports on the famous pitch.
The sports were:
- Rugby – supported by the Leicester Tigers Foundation
- Cricket – supported by the Leicestershire and Rutland Cricket Foundation
- Football – supported by Leicester City in the Community
- Basketball – supported by the Leicester Riders
- Goalball
- Seated Volleyball
