Voting is now open to find the Topps Tiles Try-Umph of the Month from the Leicester Tigers action in February.
Throughout the season, we ask supporters to vote for their top pick in conjunction with club main partners Topps Tiles and every voter is also included in a draw to win a Tigers shirt signed by the winning player who will be revealed on LTTV.
We have completed a shortlist of three Leicester Tigers highlights from league and cup action as we seek to find February’s Topps Tiles Try-Umph of the Month.
Here is your shortlist for the Topps Tiles Try-Umph of the Month among the highlights from last month:
Nemani Nadolo (v Northampton Saints)
Harry Wells had to work hard to secure ball at a maul in the left-hand corner, but after a carry from Dan Kelly, Tigers quickly move ball with smart handling from Richard Wigglesworth, Freddie Burns and then Hanro Liebenberg to Nadolo who leaps over one defender and then brushes off the next to score his second try of the game.
Richard Wigglesworth (v Bath Rugby)
Dan Kelly combined with midfield partner Guy Porter, who burst through into the Bath 22 and, with the final defender coming towards him, he timed his pass to find scrum-half Wigglesworth in support to score the team’s second try in the opening 12 minutes at The Rec.
Guy Porter (v Gloucester Rugby)
Nominated for a third successive month, Porter found some space on the left wing where a big pass from his centre partner Dan Kelly put him into possession and, with two defenders closing in as he reached the corner, he launched himself to the tryline to score one-handed, with his feet clear of the touchline, and provide the try bonus point.
