As schools and rugby clubs return from their summer break, now is the perfect time to prepare to take your game up a gear with a Tigers Rugby Camp during the October half-term holiday.

Tigers Rugby Camps have been confirmed at Stamford School in Lincolnshire, Old Silhillians in Solihull and at Lichfield RFC in Staffordshire with flexible programmes for young players in the region.

Stamford Senior School hosts a three-day camp (Monday-Wednesday, October 21-23) with focus on different skills and phases of play on each day. Bookings are open for all three days (9.30am-3.30pm) or on a daily basis with focus on attack on Monday, defence on Tuesday and kicking on the final day.

Prices are £110 for three days (£100 early bird rate) or £40 for single days (£35 if you book early).

For younger players, Tigers will also deliver three half-days of tag rugby coaching (Monday-Wednesday 9.30am-12.30pm). Places are £60 or £50 early bird.

Old Silhillians Association hosts a Tigers Rugby Camp on the week of October 28-November 1 alongside three half-days (Monday-Wednesday) of tag rugby.

Lichfield RFC welcomes the Tigers during the same week with a three-day camp (Monday-Wednesday, October 28-30, 9.30am-3.30pm) focusing on attack (Monday), defence (Tuesday) and kicking (Wednesday).

Bookings are open for all three days or on a daily basis with places available at £110 for three days (£100 early bird) or £40 for individual days (£35 if you book early).

There is a tag rugby camp based on three half-days (Monday-Wednesday 9.30am-12.30pm). Places are £60 or £50 early bird.

Participants at Tigers Rugby Camps receive top-class coaching, Tigers Rugby Camp T-shirt, ball and drinks bottle, free membership to the Junior Tigers Club and a junior ticket to an allocated home game in the new season as well as hot lunch for full-day participants.
