Matt O'Connor spoke to LTTV from the Tigers changing room after the side's 22-point victory over Sale to finish the 2017/18 Aviva Premiership with a win.
The head coach shared his views on the win, outstanding performance from fly-half and stand-in skipper George Ford, as well as giving an insight in to what is ahead for the squad as they look to return "bigger and better" for next season.
