Freddie Burns, Hanro Liebenberg and Kini Murimurivalu have been nominated for The Famous Grouse TRY of the Month from October.

The Leicester Tigers trio make up more than half of the shortlist as three of five nominees alongside Will Witty (Exeter Chiefs) and William Collier (Harlequins).

Burns is nominated for his solo effort in the away win against Worcester Warriors when the fly-half, after coming on as a second-half replacement, spotted space in behind the Warriors defensive line and chipped over a kick before re-gathering and diving over to score.

Liebenberg is nominated for his finish in the home win against Sale Sharks after running in the try from just outside the 22m line. The back-rower was gifted a perfect pop-pass by scrum-half Ben Youngs, who made the break from halfway after an impressive flick-pass from Jasper Wiese, who broke from the back of a dominant Leicester scrum over their northern counterparts.

Murimurivalu is nominated for his finish in the away win over Northampton Saints, after coming on in the second-half as a replacement wing. The Fijian was set up down the left flank by Bryce Hegarty and finished in style, pushing away and evading two Saints defenders to dive over and score.
