Tigers trio nominated for Prem Player of the Month

George Ford, Hanro Liebenberg and Nemani Nadolo have been nominated for October's Premiership Player of the Month award.

The Leicester Tigers trio are among a shortlist of twelve players from across the league, including representatives from six Gallagher Premiership clubs.

Supporters can vote for the Player of the Month via the 'Polls' tab on the Premiership Rugby App.

GEORGE FORD

Fly-half Ford has started each of the club's seven wins so far in the 21/22 season, registering 82 points so far for the campaign at an average of almost 12 points per match.

In the Round 7 away win over Northampton Saints, Ford became the second-youngest player in competition history to score 1,500 Premiership points.

HANRO LIEBENBERG

Liebenberg, who started the first six outings of the campaign, received two Man of the Match awards in the opening month of the competition.

The back-rower began the season at the back of the Tigers pack before shifting to the blindside upon the return of fellow countryman Jasper Wiese.

The Leicester vice-captain sits second in the league for average lineout takes per match (8.4) and has crossed for two tries so far this season.

NEMANI NADOLO

The experienced outside-back has been at his barnstorming best on the end of the Leicester backline so far this season.

Nadolo has made six appearances out of the seven so far in the 21/22 campaign and scored three tries - including a double in the bonus-point victory over Saints in Northampton.

The Fijian international currently sits second in the league for average offloads (1.8) and line breaks (2) after the first seven rounds.
