The draw for the Prima Tiger Cup semi-finals has paired Nottingham with Silhillians and Market Harborough with Wolverhampton.
Tigers winger Matt Smith drew out the names and set up a meeting between 2008 winners Nottingham and Silhillians, who are looking to reach their first Prima Tiger Cup final.
The other semi-final will see Market Harborough and Wolverhampton will also be aiming for their first appearance in the final of the competition when they meet in the last four.
The games will be played at Welford Road before Tigers’ next home fixture against Gloucester Rugby in the Guinness Premiership on Saturday, February 20.
Scott Clarke, Tigers community manager, said: "This season's Prima Tiger Cup has been better than ever and we have had entries from across the country.
"These four teams have done really well to reach the semi-finals from a group of more than 50 that started the competition.
"They have shown not only excellent skills but also commitment from their clubs to support them on and off the pitch."
The Prima Tiger Cup is supported by Loughborough-based Prima Solutions and is open to under-10s teams from across the country.
