Leicester Tigers academy coaches are running continued personal development (CPD) coaching sessions this November at Keele University and Oakham RFC, focused on helping coaches understand how the club is developing players for the future.
The Principles of Talent Development sessions, led by Tigers coaches, support the development of community coaches working with 13 - 16 year old players.
