Leicester Tigers wing Ollie Hassell-Collins spoke to TNT Sports after Leicester Tigers' 40 - 22 win over Exeter Chiefs.
Hassell-Collins scored the pick of the tries in the victory, his 10th five-pointer of the season.
"We had spoke enough about how disappointed we had been with this season; so for this game, the sun was out and we wanted to show we had made progression in our attack, show what we could do in transition and that is exactly what we did out there," he explained.
"We moved the ball, we had fun, we enjoyed our rugby and I think it puts us in a good spot for next season and I’m excited for next season. Excited for pre-season as well!
"It hasn’t quite gone how we wanted it to this season and where we are in the log isn’t ideal but we keep putting forward performances like that then pre-season, next season, we’ve got something good to work with."
