Leicester Tigers paid tribute to its resident band Rock Bottom who this season celebrate 20 years of playing gigs at Welford Road.

Pete (guitar), Brian (vocals), Paul (guitar), Roger (drums) and Nigel (bass) make up the the band, who have been entertaining fans after Tigers matches since the late great Tudor Thomas first invited them down for an end of season 'bash'.

Since then, they have become a firm fixture of any Tigers matchday playing to crowds in The Final Whistle Bar having started back in the Tiger Bar in the old clubhouse stand.

Guitarist Paul has also played out the teams ahead of kick-off, laying down the famous 'Smoke on the Water' riff around the stands.

To mark the milestone, the club invited the band down onto the pitch earlier this season to present them all with a special Tigers shirt and pose for a photo.

LTTV caught up with the band after their presentation.

You can catch Rock Bottom live in The Final Whistle Stand after every Tigers home game. This weekend welcomes the visit of Rugby Calvisano in the European Challenge Cup.

Match tickets are available at the link below, or by contacting the ticket office on 0116 319 8888 (option 2).
