As part of the redevelopment work at Leicester Tigers, some alterations to the highways are proposed during August.

To enable work to proceed safely, bus lane restrictions will be in place, although all bus stops will remain available during the works. Various other lane restrictions may be required during this period between 9.30am and 3.30pm for footway works.
On Sunday, August 23 it will be necessary to close the right turn lane from Aylestone Road into Welford Road, to allow surfacing work to be carried out. A diversionary route will be signed via Infirmary Road and Pelham Street.
