Rugby fans can enjoy a day of international action at the home of Leicester Tigers with the Barbarians, the Lions and England all in action. The games will be shown on the big screen the ABC Bar, which opens at 10.30am.
Martin Corry will be making his final appearance before retiring when the Barbarians face Australia in Sydney (10.30am). Corry has been named on the bench while his Tigers teammate Geordan Murphy will start the game at full-back.
It will be followed at 2pm by the Lions’ third game of their tour to South Africa when they take on Free State Cheetahs in Bloemfontein. Tigers scrum-half Harry Ellis will make his first start of the tour.
The day of live action concludes at 4pm with England’s game against Argentina in Manchester. Tigers stars Louis Deacon and Dan Hipkiss have been named in the England starting line-up while Jordan Crane, Ben Kay, Sam Vesty and Julian White are among the replacements. Tigers prop Marcos Ayerza is on the bench for Argentina.
