Playing shirts for 2020/21 have the list of Club Values printed in the collar, and for everyone at Tigers it’s not just about displaying them, but living them.

Club First – Tough – Passionate – Driven. They are the Values everyone at the club seeks to live by, on and off the field.

The health and hopes of the club come first; challenges are there to be met head-on; care for the standards set and look for opportunities to raise them further; and a demonstration of ways to develop and improve yourself and the people around you, they are the Values we wish to be judged by.

Those qualities are also what the supporters expect to see in their team, and why we are determined the values can provide a framework to take Tigers back to the top of the game.

The club is on a journey and the story of the Tigers Values will be developed over the coming season with more to follow on where they come from and how we will live them.
