European Champions Cup organisers EPCR has received a citing complaint against Leicester Tigers second row Ed Slater following the Round 6 match against Glasgow Warriors at Welford Road last Saturday.

Slater is alleged to have struck Glasgow prop Zander Fagerson in the 21st minute of the match in contravention of Law 10.4 (a). The complaint was made by the match citing commissioner Jeff Mark (Wales).
 
Chairman David Martin (Ireland), David Hurley (Ireland) and Roddy Dunlop QC (Scotland) have been appointed as the independent disciplinary committee for the hearing which will take place in London on Monday.
 
Slater has already been suspended for two weeks following an internal club disciplinary hearing.
