Will Spencer will return to Bath Rugby, where his professional rugby career began, at the conclusion of his Leicester Tigers contract on June 30. 

The second-rower joined Leicester Tigers from Worcester Warriors in the summer of 2018 and has made 33 appearances for the club. 

Speaking about his time at Tigers, Spencer said: "I came to Leicester to be successful and the chance to play for a club of Tigers stature in the game."

"It hasn't been, for a lot of reasons, exactly how I would have wanted it to go but I know Tigers will get back to winning ways with the right pieces in place now moving forward," added Spencer.

"I gave my all, every time I represented the club and have made great friendships for life here at the club.

Spencer was confirmed as departing Tigers in early May when Geordan Murphy announced the list of departing players.
