Freddie Steward is among the nominations for the RPA’s 15 Under-23 MVP of the Month for December.
Voting is open to fans now on the RPA official website, with six players shortlisted for their performances in all competitions.
The campaign has been launched this season to highlight the young players who stand out each month during the season and will culminate in creating the Under 23 XV of the Season.

Leicester Tigers full-back Steward is among the six names on the shortlist for December.
Nominations are:
- Ollie Hassell-Collins – London Irish
- Ted Hill – Worcester Warriors
- Nick Isiekwe – Saracens
- Bevan Rodd – Sale Sharks
- Marcus Smith – Harlequins
- Freddie Steward – Leicester Tigers
