A temporary shop has been opened at Welford Road while the main Leicester Tigers club store is relocated as part of the ground redevelopment. The pop-up shop unit is situated on the plaza in front of the MET-Rx Stand, as seen on Welford Road matchdays, and is open until 5pm today and from 9am until 5pm on Tuesday with limited stock.
The main club store is being moved from the Clubhouse Stand into the space formerly occupied by the ticket office in the MET-Rx Stand. The store will open for business at 9am on Wednesday.
Supporters can make purchases as normal via the online club store by clicking here.
Preparation work for the redevelopment of the Clubhouse End is well underway, with the main block of club offices relocated to the mound between the MET-Rx Stand and the Goldsmiths Stand.
The temporary seating at the Clubhouse End is due to be removed today (Monday, May 18).
Tigers are investing £8million in the development of the new stand, which will replace the current Clubhouse building dating back to 1909.
This three-storey building will include 3100 seats, club offices, main ticket office, a premium season ticket lounge, stadium big screen, stadium control tower, as well as a concourse area that will house Tigers heritage, food kiosks and public bars.
The new West Stand will bring the stadium's capacity to just over 26,000 and its unique shape will help solidify Welford Road's reputation as one of the most iconic homes of rugby.
A limited number of Tiger Seats are now available to book in the new stand, representing the best-value seats in the stadium at the same prices as terrace season tickets.
Places in Tiger Seats are just £280 for adults and £115 for juniors for the 2015/16 season.
Located in the first four rows of the new stand, a place in the Tiger Seats will put you as close to the action as possible.
Seats are available in bronze, silver and gold categories, as well as the Tiger Seats. The new stand will also accommodate the Clubhouse, a premium season ticket lounge.
A season ticket for 2015/16 is the only way to guarantee your place at every home game and includes 17 games for the price of 12 when compared with matchday prices.. Click here to book your season ticket for 2015/16 or phone the ticket office on 0116 319 8888 (option 2).
