Northampton Saints have issued advice to supporters ahead of Saturday's Aviva Premiership match with Leicester Tigers at Franklin's Gardens.

The game kicks off at 2.15pm and is already sold out.

Tigers fans are advised that Saturday sees a rare fixture clash between Saints and Northampton Town FC.

Although the two fixtures kick off 45 minutes apart (the Saints at 2:15pm, the Cobblers at 3pm), Saints' are strongly urging all supporters to allow plenty of time for their journeys, with the St James and Sixfields areas of the town expected to be very busy, as well as the approaches from every direction.

The club is also urging all supporters to park with respect for local residents and businesses. If the official club car park on Edgar Mobbs Way is full then supporters are advised to use town centre car parks and then make the 15 or 20 minute walk to Franklin's Gardens.

Live coverage of Saturday's match between Tigers and Northampton will be shown on the big screen in the Final Whistle at Welford Road.

The Final Whistle will be open from 1pm, with kick-off at 2.15pm. Food and refreshments will be available.

The away match against Aviva Premiership leaders Harlequins on Saturday, April 21 (3.15pm) will also be screened live in the Final Whistle.

Entry to watch the live coverage at Welford Road is free.
