Leicester Tigers trio Lewis Chessum, Emeka Ilione and Jed Walsh have been included in the England Under-20 matchday squad to play Ireland in the third round of the Six Nations U20 Summer Series in Italy.

Chessum retains his starting spot in the second-row for a third straight fixture, while openside flanker Ilione has again been named to captain the side.

The game takes place at the Payanini Centre, Verona, at 7pm BST on Tuesday 5 July.

Speaking ahead of the final pool fixture, England men’s U20 head coach Alan Dickens said:  “The players really gave it their all against France and to score four tries and secure a bonus point was well deserved."

“We know we will need to maintain focus on our discipline in the final pool game against Ireland who, as we experienced in the Six Nations Championship, are a strong side.”
