Tommy Reffell has been named to start for Wales in their second Test of the 2022 series against South Africa.
The Leicester Tigers back-rower starts a second successive senior international after making his Test debut in the opening match of the series against the Springboks.
Reffell will come up against soon-to-be Tigers team-mate Handre Pollard, who has been named captain of the South African side after being rested in the series opener.
