Welford Road welcomed nearly 48,000 fans over the festive period as the club shared the spirit of Christmas with supporters.
With a Christmas market, a huge half-time game of Pass the Parcel, Santa’s grotto, Christmas jumper fancy dress as well as a brass band, carol singers and festive food and drink, there was something for everyone on matchdays at Welford Road and we thank everyone for joining in.
Young fan George Morton, aged 11, wrote to the club thanking them for his early Christmas present as he got his hands on a replica shirt in the half-time game of Pass the Parcel which included more than 70 parcels around the stadium.
The generosity of supporters also helped to raise £1,837.50 for the Leicester Hospitals Charity Kidney Care Appeal, one of the club’s official charities for the 2017/18 season.

Christmas is over, but the big games keep on coming and tickets are still available for home fixtures in January against London Irish this Saturday (3.00pm), Racing 92 (January 21, 5.30pm) and Cardiff Blues (January 27, 1.00pm).
