Coach Nigel Redman has named an unchanged XV, which means wing Ollie Dodge, centre Tom Youngs and flanker Alex Shaw all retain their places, while Leicester colleague Dan Cole returns as prop cover on the bench.
Cole replaces Jack Forster who has been released back to Gloucester Rugby to cover front row for their Guinness Premiership match against Worcester Warriors this weekend.
England opened the season with a 31-5 win over Scotland U-20 and followed up with a 30-10 victory against Italy U-21 a fortnight ago.
Remaining games are against France U-21 at Northampton on March 9 and Wales U-20 a week later at Newport.
