Scrum-half Youngs follows older brother Tom who was capped at this level during last season, while Tonks and Gillanders have previously been capped at younger age groups.
We believe weve got a good balance to the side with lots of pace in the back three, power in midfield and a very mobile and athletic pack, said coach Nigel Redman.
Were very excited about working with this group of players. Theyve made a lot of progress over the last six months and now theyre fully integrated into club programmes and getting a lot of game time.
