Leicester Tigers fans are reminded that due to the installation of the club’s new ticket system this weekend, the Tigers ticket office will be closed from 4.00pm on Thursday, November 29 until 12.00pm on Tuesday, December 4.
During this period, supporters will not be able to make any purchases online or over the phone, as well as access to any account settings.
This includes purchases made via the online Tigers Store.
Supporters are urged to make any urgent purchases for match tickets, events, hospitality and other products before 4.00pm on Thursday, November 29.
Fans who have requested postal delivery of match tickets for Tigers upcoming home fixtures will not receive these until after the new system is in place.
The new system, provided by SeatGeek, will offer new and improved online ticketing experience allowing for greater flexibility and clarity for ticketing, membership, corporate hospitality and season ticket payment plan solutions.
Ticket office staff are still available for enquiries over the phone on 0116 319 8888 (option 2) or email [email protected] but will not be able to process any purchases.
