Our Residential Rugby Camps have now been confirmed for 2023 and, as well as the return of our ever-popular Boys Residential Camp, for the first time ever we are delighted to announce we are running a Girls Residential Camp!

These camps provide the perfect opportunity for young players to improve their game whilst immersing themselves in a focused and dedicated rugby environment. The girl's camp will be run from July 31 - August 4.

As part of the girls residential camp experience, players will train, eat, live and socialise together within the outstanding venue of Denstone College.

Throughout the week, attendees will receive coaching from Leicester Tigers Women's coaches and players, including Head of Women's Rugby Vicky Macqueen.

Participants will also get the chance to meet the Leicester Tigers Women's squad and watch the players take part in a training session on-site at Denstone College. 

This residential camp will be a fully-immersive rugby experience, including:

• Technical and Tactical Rugby Training
• Strength and Conditioning Sessions and Advice
• Athlete Education (including Nutrition, Injury Prevention, Video Analysis, Specific Performance Factors)
• Goal Setting and Individual Coach Feedback

The content involved throughout the week will look to enhance the players rugby skills both on and off the pitch and provide them with lasting knowledge to enhance their individual rugby journey.

Finally, towards the end of the week, there is a visit to the historic Mattioli Woods Welford Road stadium.

The Boys Residental Camp will be taking place at Oakham School and include guest coaches, a trip to Mattioli Woods Welford Road and the most immersive rugby experience possible.
