Ollie Chessum and Dan Kelly are on a six-man shortlist for a monthly award recognising young talent in the game.
The Rugby Players Association launched a campaign this season to highlight the young members who stand out and, each month, they nominate six players aged 23 and under who have shone in all competitions and will culminate in creating the ultimate Under 23 XV of the Season.
The shortlist for March includes Leicester Tigers duo Chessum and Kelly plus Ewan Ashman (Sale Sharks), Chunya Munga (London Irish), Tom Seabrook (Gloucester) and Archie White (Harlequins).
Online voting is until 1.00pm on Friday (April 1).
